quick sunday update

We had a great time in church this morning and I had a couple of pictures I wanted to share. For once, these are not pictures of my nieces... but two other precious girls in my life...

Our pastor's daughter Abbie... holding brand new 13 day old Azariah... daughter of my sweet friend Tiiara and her husband Levi.
I'm feeling great today. Just a tiny little bit of congestion... but my energy level is much better. I'll take a little cough here and there if I can just FEEL better!
I promised Sarabeth that I'd have lunch with her tomorrow... and bought some special pink cookies for us to share. A little boy joined the church today and his mom shared the story that he was inspired by Sarabeth's baptism and accepted Christ after that. I told Sarabeth that she would impact others by her decision and she has - already. I got a little teary over that... and couldn't WAIT to tell her after church.
Austin is in complete meltdown mode today. I'm sure it's in large part to the lack of sleep he got last night. I caught him making coffee at 1:30am... which interrupted my sleep... and made him grumpy today. He was aggravated that he was going to have to finish his chores before he could go to Tasha's and had a complete tantrum over it. I'm the meanest mommy in the world.
I've got dinner in the crockpot... which means - mark the calendar! I cooked! It's sort of a goulash /jambalaya experiment with orange bell peppers, onion, rice, tomato sauce, kielbasa and cilantro. I finally found cilantro that wasn't withered and rotten. I was excited. Who knows how this will turn out... but it's enough for a couple of days so I hope it's good!
I think I'm going to have a little EBT* tonight to prepare for the week ahead... I've got a class in Braselton on Tuesday... doctor appointment on Tuesday... lung function test and CT scan in Gainesville on Wednesday... bible study Wednesday night... and so on and so on. Friday night I'm taking Sarabeth to her friend Jorjann's spend the night party. I LOVE getting to be a part of her excitement for these little events and if I take SB, then Jamie doesn't have the separation anxiety of dropping off sister. If I happen to fall asleep before Big Brother, I'll catch up via the cbs website tomorrow.
Hope you're having a great Sunday! Love and hugs!
