snapshots of my day - literally

These are not in order... but here are some pictures of my day... Cheesy me!

I couldn't quite capture the color but you can see how majestic the clouds were on my drive home. I was taking pictures as I was driving so these are not my best photographic work...

Pictures of the ongoing renovation at the office. The walls are starting to go up to separate the two new offices. The brick wall in my office should go down tomorrow night and there will be a glass storefront wall in my office (aka as the lobby) which should make my office less cavelike and totally kick my A.D.D into overdrive.

Me in my nest. This is how it looks most of the time, me, the laptop, my bible and whatever I'm studying at the moment. On my left hand you will notice there is NO wedding ring! There is, however, on the middle finger (because that's the finger it fits) a ring that says, "hope". Notice the thumb ring? It's never off my finger. It's a ring that I bought at a Greek Festival I went to with my BFF in Holly Springs, Amy. Purple Michael always wears a thumb ring. So it reminds me of the Greek Festival (when Cody won $2000), my friend Amy who was my rock while I lived in Woodstock in the early part of my relationship with Michael, and it reminds me of my sweet Purple Michael who I miss sooooo much. Chicago is SO lucky! I don't wear much jewelry, just the three sterling silver rings and my sterling silver earrings.

The last picture cracked me up. Austin took it... you will notice the rubbermaid container that Stubby is in says, "Austin's Random Junk". Ha!

It's been a great day. I'm feeeeelin' the love! Other than finding out that Austin blew $30 on pay per view movies (not porn, thank goodness!) it's been a great day. I even sold some life insurance today! God is good!
